Power of Circularity

Power of Circularity

_We recently watched the Business of Fashion Voices seminar and we were particularly drawn to the segment featuring world record sailor, Ellen MacArthur.

Not only did Ellen circumnavigate the world faster than anyone before, but she's also doing amazing work to influence the textile economy for the better. Ellen's theory of the 'Power of Circularity' resonated with us at the OhSevenDays studio, as we too are aiming to ensure our product-focused business doesn't contribute negatively to the finite world economy. By using reclaimed fabrics found in Istanbul's Zeytinburnu district, we hope that we can contribute to a circular economy of clothing.

Watch Ellen's talk below and get some inspiration to contribute to the Power of Circularity yourselves.
