Packaging
Because we love the earth and are promoting a sustainable and eco-friendly brand, we try to avoid over-packaging. Your shipment will arrive in a recyclable fedex bag.
Lost or Damaged PackagesBy placing an order you understand that OhSevenDays shall not be liable for any damage done by any of the shipping services we provide. We will of course help to track down any parcels that go missing, but we can't assume responsibility for lost packages once we have shipped your order to the requested address. Incorrect Shipping AddressFor all purchases, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a 20.00 USD shipping charge if they are re-shipped.
Domestic Shipping within Turkey
We offer free shipping on all orders within Turkey. All orders will be sent within 24 hours of purchase, pending credit verification and availability. Shipping times within Turkey will generally take 1 to 3 days for MNG ground shipping.
Shipping Returns
Please send us your order number and reason for refund. All customers are responsible for return shipping charges to be returned to our Istanbul location. The return label should be marked as a "Return of Goods" for any customs documentation. Please ensure to provide a tracking number so the goods aren't lost in transit. If they are, we won't be able to issue the refund. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified by e-mail when your return package is received and your refund has been processed. You will be refunded the total amount of goods ordered. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
