OhSevenDays will accept unworn and unwashed items in original packaging that were purchased at full-price. The merchandise must be received back within 30 days from the date the order was placed. ALL discounted items are final sale. All altered or custom size items are final sale.

International returns (outside of Turkey)
For International customers, please send email with your order number and reason for refund to info@ohsevendays.com.
All international order customers are responsible for return shipping charges back to our location in Istanbul.

Please ensure to provide a tracking number so the goods aren't lost in transit. If they are, we won't be able to issue the refund.
Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified by e-mail when your return package
is received and your refund has been processed. You will be refunded the total amount of good ordered. Shipping fees
will not be refunded.

Free returns within Turkey
Please e-mail info@ohsevendays.com with your order number, and reason for the return. We will send you a complimentary
cargo label. Please ensure all the original packaging is sent back. Once the goods are received, we will issue the refund.
The refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified by e-mail when your return package is received and
your refund has been processed.
