SHIPPING POLICY
(OhSevenDays – Global Orders)

General Information
All orders are shipped from our studio in Istanbul, Turkey.
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days, unless otherwise stated (for pre-order or made-to-order pieces).During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and written in English characters. Once your order has been confirmed, we may not be able to make changes.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and local carrier conditions.
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the carrier.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.
Once your order confirmation email has been sent, your order is considered confirmed and reserved.
Cancellation requests made after confirmation but before shipment may be refunded minus a $10 USD administrative fee per item.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return process.
Made-to-order and custom pieces that have entered production cannot be cancelled.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Pieces
Estimated production or shipping timelines are shared on each product page.
As we work with limited fabrics and small production runs, timelines may occasionally vary.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees depending on your country.
For selected destinations, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout (DDP – Delivered Duties Paid). In this case, these fees are prepaid on your behalf and remitted directly to your local customs authority.
For destinations where duties are not prepaid (DAP – Delivered At Place), import charges may be requested by the carrier prior to or upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges or is not collected, it may be returned or destroyed by the carrier and may not be eligible for refund.

Shipping Timeframes
Once dispatched, international orders typically arrive within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Shipping to the U.S.A. & Canada (DDP)

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Istanbul office within 48 hours of purchase, subject to payment verification and item availability. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Orders shipped to the U.S.A. and Canada are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included at checkout, and no additional charges will be required upon delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated and charged in U.S. dollars at checkout.

Shipping to Europe (DAP)

Orders shipped to Europe are sent Delivered At Place (DAP). This means customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any brokerage or clearance fees are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. These charges are set by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Shipping costs are calculated and charged in U.S. dollars at checkout.

Shipping to the United Kingdom (DDP)

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means VAT, duties, and any brokerage or clearance fees are already included in the final price at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

*20% duties are included in the price and are non-refundable if the item is returned.

Shipping to Australia & New Zealand (DDP)

Orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included at checkout, with no additional charges due upon delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated and charged in U.S. dollars at checkout.
