RETURNS POLICY
(OhSevenDays – Global Orders)
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email info@ohsevendays.com with your order number.
Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.
How Returns Work
To ensure a smooth process and avoid unexpected customs issues, all returns must be arranged through us.
If your return is approved:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- You must securely package the item and hand it to the carrier.
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Once the return label has been issued, the item must be handed over to the carrier within 7 days.
If the package is not shipped within this timeframe, the return request may be cancelled.
Returns sent independently without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup
- With original tags attached
- In their original condition
Custom-sized or altered pieces are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Final Sale
The following items are final sale:
- Sale items
- Orders placed with discount codes of over 15%
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return has been received and inspected, you may choose between:
Refund to Original Payment Method
The following will be deducted:
- Return shipping fee
- Original shipping fee (non-refundable)
- $10 per item for orders that qualified for free shipping
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
Store Credit
If you choose store credit:
- Only the return shipping fee will be deducted.
Store credit will be issued after inspection of the returned item.
Duties & Taxes on Returns (DDP Orders)
If duties and taxes were prepaid at checkout (DDP), these amounts were remitted directly to your local customs authority.
As these fees have already been paid to customs, we are unable to refund them directly.
Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be able to apply for a refund of duties through your local customs office once your return has been processed. We are happy to provide any documentation needed to support your claim.
Defective Items
If you believe your item has arrived with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
For confirmed defects, return shipping fees will not be deducted.
OhSevenDays will accept unworn and unwashed items in original packaging that were purchased at full-price. The merchandise must be received back within 14 days from the date the order was placed. ALL discounted items are final sale. All altered or custom size items are final sale.
About Duties and Taxes
Please note that the duties were collected by us at checkout and paid directly to your local customs authority on your behalf.
Unfortunately, since these fees have already been remitted to customs, we’re unable to refund them ourselves.However, you may be able to claim a refund for the duties directly from your local customs office once the return is processed. We’ll be happy to provide any documents needed to support your claim.
