RETURNS POLICY (OhSevenDays – Global Orders)

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, log in to your customer account and select "Request Return" from your order.
If you're unable to access your account, please email info@ohsevendays.com with your order number.

Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

How Returns Work

To ensure a smooth process and avoid unexpected customs issues, all returns must be requested through your customer account or arranged through us.

If your return is approved:
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
You must securely package the item and hand it to the carrier.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Once the return label has been issued, the item must be handed over to the carrier within 7 days.

If the package is not shipped within this timeframe, the return request may be cancelled.
Returns sent independently without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:
Unworn
Unwashed
Free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup
With original tags attached
In their original condition

Custom-sized or altered pieces are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Final Sale

Final sale includes end-of-season sale pieces, archive and misfit pieces, made-to-order pieces, and custom-sized or altered pieces.

End-of-season sale pieces are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged or refunded as store credit.

Archive, misfit, made-to-order, and custom-sized or altered pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return has been received and inspected, you may choose between:

Refund to Original Payment Method
The following will be deducted:
$19 return shipping fee
Original shipping fee (non-refundable)

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Store Credit
If you choose store credit:
Only the return shipping fee will be deducted.
Store credit will be issued after inspection of the returned item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or style, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please email info@ohsevendays.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and the item you would like instead.

To avoid customs complications, all exchanges must be arranged through OhSevenDays.

If your exchange is approved:
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
The item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.

Please note: Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges can only be processed once per order.

Defective Items

If you believe your item has arrived with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. For confirmed defects, return shipping fees will not be deducted.

About Duties and Taxes

For DDP orders, duties and taxes are collected at checkout and paid directly to your local customs authority on your behalf.

As these fees are remitted directly to customs, we are unable to refund them. However, you may be able to request a refund from your local customs office once your return has been processed.

We are happy to provide any supporting documents needed for your claim.
