How are the sizes? What is your size range?

Our sizes vary by style, but most pieces run from S to L, and some styles go from XS to XL. We recommend checking our full-size guide before ordering to find your best fit.

I looked at the size guide and couldn't find my measurements. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We try to include all body types, so we offer custom orders on all our products whenever suitable fabric is available. Just email your measurements to info@ohsevendays.com, and we'll help you from there. You can find more details on our Custom/Bespoke Orders page.

How should I care for my garments?

Care instructions vary depending on the fabric used. You'll find specific guidance on the care label sewn into your garment. If you'd like more detailed advice, feel free to reach out to us at info@ohsevendays.com.

Can I buy your products in a physical store?

Absolutely! Our products are available in stores around the world. Head to our Stockists page to find a physical store/retailer near you.

 

Custom & Bespoke Orders

 

Can I order something in my size if it's not listed?

Yes! We do custom orders for all of our products as long as we have suitable fabric available. Just email your measurements to info@ohsevendays.com, and we'll take it from there. You can find more details on our Custom/Bespoke Orders page.

Do custom orders cost more than regular products?

Custom orders are priced the same as the original product, unless otherwise stated. No surprises.

 

Materials & Sustainability

 

How are your products sustainable?

We mindfully make our products from deadstock fabrics from all over Istanbul. Deadstock fabric is fabric that is leftover, unused fabric for different reasons. We use fabrics that are faulty, discoloured, with holes, or any other reason you can think of for fast fashion brands to throw them away! We go around the faults, get what is usable and produce in full transparency.

How do you source your fabrics? 

We are lucky to be in one of the world's textile capitals. The brand was actually born after our Founder, Megan Mummery, stumbled across a small district of Istanbul selling off-cut fabric rolls leftover from large garment manufacturers. We either source them directly from fabric manufacturers' stocks or different middlemen who get the fabrics from different factories and sell them. 

What kinds of fabrics do you use?

We source deadstock fabric from traceable sources and have OEKO-TEX certified materials. We try to use all-natural fabrics like cotton, cupro, rayon, viscose, etc.  We also use recycled semi-natural fabrics as well.

Are your garments produced ethically?

Yes, absolutely. Our production facility operates under a strict code of conduct and is certified by Sedex Ethical Trade Membership (an organisation that ensures businesses meet high standards for ethical, safe, and healthy working environments).

 

Shipping

 

How much does shipping cost?

We ship worldwide! Shipping is free for orders within Turkey. For international orders, shipping to Australia & New Zealand is $12.50, and to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and the rest of the world, shipping costs $10. You can find full details on our Shipping page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2 days, then take between 5 to 10 days to arrive. Custom or pre-orders may have longer processing times, and we'll always keep you informed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this on the courier's website to follow your package all the way to your door.

 

Payments

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We also offer Wise (formerly TransferWise) bank transfers as an alternative. Please email us at info@ohsevendays.com for payment details.

 

Cancellations & Returns

 

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please email info@ohsevendays.com as soon as possible with your cancellation request, and we'll do our best to help.

My product didn't fit. How do I return it?

We're sorry to hear that! We will accept unworn and unwashed items that were purchased at full price. Please send an email with your order number and reason for refund to info@ohsevendays.com. All international order customers will be responsible for return shipping charges to our Istanbul location. If you are sending the piece from Turkey, we will send you a complimentary cargo label. Can I return or exchange sale items? 

All sale items, altered items and custom orders are final sale.
